If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

Item must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided
Item must not be damaged by the customer

How to Return

Contact us on WhatsApp at +231 880 250 465 or email kwatalsuperelectronic@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange collection or you can return the item to our store at Carey and Randall Street, Monrovia.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo. We will replace it at no extra cost.
